Lesole Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd was founded in 2014 as a Building and Maintenance Contractor. The company has two operational offices in Cape Town and Johannesburg (Hyde Park). The exposure and experience gained in the industry led to expansion interests which drove the company to expand its services to forming a sister Facilities Management Company – Lesole Facilities Management. Our company is fully committed to a teamwork approach and partnering with the project team to achieve the best possible workmanship and economical solution.

One of the key factors that have helped strengthen the company and help it grow in the business besides completing the projects within the right time, cost, quality, meeting the health and safety requirements is developing and building a mutual trust which we nurtured to develop positive project outcomes, keeping all parties involved in the project pleased, also working together in a harmonious fashion without unduly delays and mutual understanding.
With our current resources and expertise, Lesole is capable of handling any facilities and maintenance type and size of residential, commercial or industrial project on either a RFQ, tendered, negotiated or turnkey basis. The company works rigorously within the Occupational Health and Safety Act 85/93 and Construction Regulations 2004. All operational staff are trained in health and safety matters and a full time registered Safety Consultant is employed for each contract.

The company is on track to achieve its ambition of becoming a leading building and maintenance contractor both in Gauteng and in Western Cape and a flagship for empowerment in the general maintenance industry. Lesole is committed to the continuous upliftment of previously disadvantaged individuals in theWestern Cape and Gauteng by providing in-house training and other means of support. The company is currently a Level 1 contributor on the Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment. Lesole has been recognised as an Exempted Micro Enterprise.
